Experienced Capital (ECP) has sold its 42.4% stake in womenswear brand Sessùn to Quadrivio Group.
As part of the transaction, Quadrivio’s first foreign investment from its Lifestyle Fund II, Sessùn’s founder Emma François-Grasset will sell part of her stake in the brand to the Italian investor, making it the majority shareholder. François-Grasset will remain as CEO and artistic director.
