Lifestyle Fund II is Quadrivio & Pambianco's second private equity vehicle. It has a fund-raising target of €500 million and invests in lifestyle and Italian excellence, focusing on the Fashion&Accessories, Design&Furniture, Beauty&Wellbeing and Food&Beverage sectors.
As in the case of Lifestyle Fund I, the investment strategy is structured on monitoring the main international trends, with the goal of investing in enterprises with great potential for development and international expansion. Its team works to strengthen the company positioning, also through acquisitions and add-ons, while quickening the growth process, drawing on expertise, and sharing know-how and skills with the enterprise's directors. The Quadrivio & Pambianco management invests significantly in the fund, ensuring a complete alignment between in-house and investor interests.
Founded in Marseille in the late 1990s by Emma François-Grasset, the enterprise opened its first store in Paris, on Rue de Charonne, in 2004. The company has about 80 points of sale across 6 countries and corners in major European department stores.
