Valentina brings 17 years of experience in the financial sector, including the past seven years in private equity and as CFO in a company operating in the automotive industry. She began her PE career in 2018 with the SPAC Spactiv and later joined the private equity division of Borletti Group. Previously, she spent nearly a decade at Vitale&Co, an Italian investment banking boutique focused on mid-market transactions, advising clients on M&A and debt restructuring deals.
