Riccardo Bruno

Riccardo Bruno is a Member of Quadrivio Group’s Advisory Committee. He has a long standing professional background with more than 20 years in the Investment Banking sector (Cofiri, Deutsche Bank) in managerial roles and 15 years as a Senior Partner and leading Investor in the Private Capital sector (Clessidra, Charme and selected club deals). More recently he has focused on his own Corporate Finance initiative (Capital Insight Partners) where he advises Mid Caps companies and Private Equity Funds on potential Investment opportunities in Italy. Riccardo also serves as Professor of Structured Finance at Luiss University (Master Degree) and as Professor of Valuation and Private Equity at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Undergraduate Degree). 

Riccardo enjoys extensive Board Management background and Corporate Governance experience having served as Board Director in relevant listed and private Italian companies (Harmont&Blaine, Atlantia, Credito Emiliano, Neodecortech, Engineering, Nexi, Camfin/Pirelli). 

He graduated in Electrical Engineering at Naples University and holds an MBA from The American University of Washington DC.
