Carlyle sells Twinset to Borletti Group and Quadrivio

Carlyle Group has sold Italian women's fashion group Twinset to investment firms Borletti Group and Quadrivio, Il Sole 24 Ore reported, citing Quadrivio Group CEO Alessandro Binello.

The Italian-language report said that Quadrivio made the buy via its Made in Italy Il fund.

Borletti and Quadrivio were advised by Case Cassiopea, Legance and Cerina, the report said. EY carried out financial due diligence while Poggi and Pirola carried out tax due diligence, the report added.

Carlyle was advised by Rothschild and Latham & Watkins, the report said.

Twinset has turnover of over EUR 200m and EBITDA of more than EUR 30m, according to the report.
